【終了】Let’s Chat and Discover the World of Traditional Japanese Children’s Stories and Stories from Around the World!

As a foreign resident raising children in Japan, you might be interested to know what kind of children’s stories Japanese parents read to their children.
Even after you grow up, reading or just flipping through books that you loved as a child can bring a sense of comfort. Stories that leaves a lasting impression and illustrations with a distinctive touch will always take us to a distant fantasy world, regardless of age.
At this event, Otonari-san* volunteers will introduce to you traditional Japanese children’s stories that have been loved and passed on by Japanese families for generations. In turn, share with us your favorite childhood stories or stories that have been traditionally enjoyed by families in your home country. We look forward to have fun chatting and discovering about children’s stories from around the world.
